Rev. J. Randy Myers

Randy is an ordained Baptist minister.  He worked for the Virginia Department of Corrections in various capacities for 16 years (Counselor, Social Worker/Substance Abuse Therapist, Counselor Supervisor and Statewide Counselor Trainer) before coming to GraceInside in 2006, first as Vice President and Religious Advisor, then as President beginning in 2012.

Mr. John Vance
Director of Operations

John comes to GraceInside with over 30 years experience in the private and government sectors.  John became involved in prison ministry through Kairos Prison Ministry International fifteen years ago. Serving in several prisons as a volunteer for Kairos, as a group leader and as a Lay-chaplain, John is also a certified Stephen Minister and completed both the University of the South’s Education for Ministry (EFM) program and the Pastoral Care and Counseling Program at Richmond Hill.  John shares that GraceInside is a perfect match for his passion for prison ministry and processes.

Lee Hargrave
Office Administrator

Lee Hargrave joined the GraceInside Family on July 1.  Having served 35 years at Southampton and Greensville, Lee clerked for various chaplains for 20 years. He credits those chaplains with keeping him current and helping him through the worst of times with divinely-inspired “Grace Inside.” With his long history of working with chaplains and his experience with prison ministry, Lee is well-acquainted with our administrative needs. He is profoundly grateful to work for GraceInside, and finds that his journey has brought him full circle on both sides of the fence.
