Chaplain Nick Meyer
Executive Director
Nick Meyer became GraceInside’s Executive Director in January 2025 after serving for seven years as chaplain at Coffeewood Correctional Center. He holds a B.A. in Church Ministry and an M.Div. from Eastern Mennonite University, where he discovered his passion for prison ministry through Clinical Pastoral Education training.
Lee hargrave
Director of Operations
Lee Hargrave joined GraceInside in 2016, having served 35 years at Southampton and Greensville Correctional Centers, where he clerked for various chaplains. Lee has personally experienced the impact of our ministry through his interactions with chaplains while he was incarcerated. He contributes an incredible depth of wisdom to the organization.
Chaplain Patrick Jones
Religious Advisor
Before becoming GraceInside’s Religious Advisor in 2025, Patrick Jones served as a chaplain at several Virginia Department of Corrections facilities (Buckingham, Dillwyn, Sussex I, and Greensville). He is currently the pastor of Bethany Baptist Church in Montpelier, VA, and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech, as well as an M.Div. and D.Min. from the Samuel D. Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.
