Chaplain Nick Meyer
Executive Director
Nick Meyer became GraceInside’s Executive Director in January 2025 after serving for seven years as chaplain at Coffeewood Correctional Center. He holds a B.A. in Church Ministry and an M.Div. from Eastern Mennonite University, where he discovered his passion for prison ministry through Clinical Pastoral Education training.
Rev. Aaron Brittain
Director of Operations
Rev. Aaron Brittain has a B.A. in Religion and International Relations from Berry College and a M.Div from the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. He pastored Baptist churches for 21 years in the Hampton Roads area. A former GraceInside board member, Rev. Brittain joined our staff as Director of Operations in January 2026.
Chaplain Patrick Jones
Religious Advisor
Before becoming GraceInside’s Religious Advisor in 2025, Patrick Jones served as a chaplain at several Virginia Department of Corrections facilities (Buckingham, Dillwyn, Sussex I, and Greensville). He is currently the pastor of Bethany Baptist Church in Montpelier, VA, and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech, as well as an M.Div. and D.Min. from the Samuel D. Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.

Steve Law
Financial Manager
Steve Law joined the GraceInside staff in April 2021. He has an MBA, an MDiv, and professional certification in church administration. Steve has been the church administrator for half a dozen churches, has consulted with scores of churches, and is now retired from full-time work which gives him more time for his passions of reading and traveling all while being "the finance guy" for GraceInside.
